Terms of Service

KnowSales provides a sales knowledge workspace for capturing, organizing, searching, and using customer and sales knowledge with AI-assisted workflows.

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access data without permission, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and content shared inside their workspace.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to KnowSales. You grant KnowSales the limited rights needed to host, process, display, search, and otherwise operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer data, documents, and other content you upload may be processed through the service.

The service may generate summaries, suggestions, search results, and other AI-assisted output. You should review important output before relying on it for business decisions.

AI-assisted features are intended to support your workflow, not replace professional judgment or required human review.

Paid KnowSales plans are fixed-price subscriptions for one account and are billed in USD. The price, billing interval, renewal price, and any introductory discount are shown before checkout.

Creem acts as the merchant of record for paid subscriptions and may calculate applicable taxes at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically for the stated billing interval unless you cancel it before renewal.

You can cancel an active subscription from the KnowSales Account Center or through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellations requested in the KnowSales Account Center are scheduled for the end of the current paid period, and Pro access remains available until that date. If you use the Creem Customer Portal, the confirmation screen shows when cancellation takes effect.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not delete your KnowSales account or automatically remove your workspace content.

Refund requests may be sent to support@knowsales.ai. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and Creem merchant-of-record requirements.

Except where required by law or expressly approved, subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time in a billing period.

You may not use KnowSales for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activity, including phishing, malware, unauthorized surveillance, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or processing data without the required permission.

You may not use the service to send spam, conduct unlawful unsolicited outreach or telemarketing, sell or resell third-party services without authorization, or violate the terms of another platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
